The Board of Directors for the North Texas Equality Foundation were notified by the IRS on Thursday, February 11th, 2010 that their 501(c)(3) (tax exempt) status has been Approved!

Congratulations to all those who have had an impact on making this happen, especially Mike Agan who spear-headed the formation of the NTxEF.
